Why do we Need SEO?

  • Nowadays, just creating a website is not enough. If the action of SEO is not performed correctly, then the created website will probably have no viewers or visitors. Hence, it will simply be lost in the myriad of websites available on the World Wide Web.
  • The users of Search Engines do not bother to click on all the pages which pop up in a search (as they are often thousands in number). They prefer to go for the most relevant ones, which appear on the first few pages of the search engine. Hence, SEO is the only way to have maximum people click on your website.
  • This optimization allows ample traffic of audience towards a website. The word ‘traffic’ implies the number of visitors opening the webpage on their screens. The more the people visit, the more traffic a website gets. Many times, these people turn out to be customers. Hence, their visits become beneficial for the webpage owner.

For which Search Engines is SEO used?

The specialists in this field primarily target optimization for popular search engines. These renowned pages include the following big names:

  1. Google (Founders: L. Page and S. Brin)
  2. Yahoo (Founders: D. Filo and J. Yang)
  3. Bing (Founder: S. Ballmer)
  4. Ask (Founders: G. Gruener and D. Warthen)

What do SEO Experts Actually Do?

  • SEO Experts utilize Specialized Databases. These databases contain statistics of what people search on the internet. Using these sources, SEO Experts identify the common words and keywords inserted by people on search engines.
  • The Experts check ranking strength of those websites that appear on the first few pages of the search engine. If the strength is really strong and well-established, then it becomes difficult for a new website to surpass its rank.
  • In order to prepare a write-up for the web page, the SEO Company hires content writers. They are provided with pertinent keywords, which specifically have to be used in the content.
  • In order to enhance ranking, another strategy is of ‘linking’. If other websites add your page’s link in their content, it implies that your content is worthy. So, maximum links added or shared by others brings a lot of authenticity for your website.
  • SEO applies to ‘Organic’ Search Results only. ‘Organic’ means that SEO works on improving only those pages that appear naturally in the results when a particular word is typed in on the engine. SEO is not applied on Artificial Results, such as the ‘paid advertisements’ of webpages that appear in front of the user.
  • For proper optimization, an SEO expert needs to remain updated with latest trends. Furthermore, it is vital to frequently update content on one’s website.

So apply all these tips and tricks to your website, and increase engagement for it in very little time.

With having so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My blog has a lot of unique
content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement.
Do you know any techniques to help stop content from being ripped off?
    I’d truly appreciate it.

Thanks for the great info. SEO is very time consuming specially the backlinks and link building. You would want to contribute more time on content than trying to get backlinks. However You can’t escape and you have to get backlinks. Having low competition keywords and high volume can save your time on hunting for backlinks, also if your blog has 3000 words and less backlinks still you will get higher ranking than those who has 500 words blog with hundreds of backlinks
