The long-awaited Sakshat Tablet, also known as the Indian iPad is all set to launch on 5th October 2011. At a function in Delhi, Kapil Sibal said
The computer will be launched next month…This is not just a dream, it is a reality. The computer will bring in immense benefits to the students and can perform all the functions that any other computer can perform
Specifications of this tablet has not been discussed. Check out the specifications of Sakshat Tablet. The device’s model is likely to be a 5/7/9 – inch gadget that features a web browser, PDF reader, media player, multimedia input-output interface, video conferencing, open office, sci-lab, remote device management capability and a content viewer.
Price: The tablet was announced at a price tag of $35, which comes out to be 1720 INR (According to today’s Conversion rate – 1:49.15)
