Apple iPhone 5 will Make Samsung Galaxy S3 on Shame

Apple’s iPhone 5 is bound to be released anytime soon. Along with the seemingly long wait of diehard fans are the speculations on what are believed to be the best features and specifications that any mobile phone will carry. Foxconn CEO Terry Gou even had high praises for this phone giant, although he did this along with putting down rivals.

In Foxconn’s yearly shareholders’ meeting, the head honcho made his comments on the highly-anticipated iPhone 5, declaring that it will most definitely beat Samsung’s latest flagship smartphone. His words definitely showed just how much resentment he has on the technology giant in South Korea.

Samsung vs Apple

With all the talk that Gou has been making saying just how much of a batter phone the iPhone 5 will be when compared to the Samsung Galaxy S3, one might think that Apple might have been the one behind all this. However, all the CEO really said what how Apple’s upcoming product willput that of Samsung to shame and did not reveal any more details as to how it would. Still, people would probably doubt that Apple green-lighted this media frenzy, knowing how secretive Apple can be with their products, especially when they are merely weeks or months away from a product’s official launch.

iPhone-5-whiteAs reported by Focus Taiwan, the outspoken CEO has already made it his lifetime goal to beat the Korean company in every aspect possible. In this event, he even said that Samsung is “a company with a track record of snitching on its competitors”. With this comment, he was referring to the flat-panel price fixing investigation in 2010 where Samsung agreed to act as a witness in return for immunity.

Terry Gou has even compared the Koreans with the Japanese, saying that he admires the people from Japan for their execution skills and communications styles unlike the Koreans. He added that Koreans will hit you from behind.

Aside from his tirades on Samsung, Terry Gou also announced the biggest news for Foxconn. He announced that he invested $800 million of his own money in order to acquire a 46.5% share of Sharp’s Sakai Japan plant. To date, this is the only factory that is able to mass-produce 60 to 80-inch display panels. This is also the only company that has an exclusive large panel deal with Corning in its supply of their popular damage-protecting coatings.

And as if his tirades on the mobile phone of Samsung were not enough, Gou said that both Foxconn and Sharp have a three-year advantage over all the things that the Korean technology giant can build. In fact, he aims to defeat Samsung completely in about 3 to 5 years. Focus Taiwan has said that the manufacturing and marketing strengths of Foxconn combined with the key technologies of sharp should be enough to defeat Samsung.

Foxconn is set to start with the operations of the Sakai factory in July 1. Some of the production will move to the headquarters of Foxconn but this should help in the creation of jobs locally.

It takes Apple’s number 5 to beat Samsung’s number 3. Seems like there’s no need for the S3 to feel shame about.

Nice and catchy title!!! Apple is far behind Samsung as far as cores are concerned. Let me put it in this way, Apple has no other option but to provide something more powerful than Galaxy SIII to live up to people’s expectation.

Well, I feel sorry for Terry Gou but I’m confident that Samsung will still win on this one. Aside from the practical aspect it offers. It offers people the freedom of using the hardware which is very okay. Personally, I don’t like being monopolized and that’s the only thing that Apple can never give to their customer.

I think that iPhone are the one who must be ashamed with the new features of Samsung. As a matter of fact, Samsung is better than iPhone aside from their qualities.
