This picture seems to be an iPad Mini on a regular iPad, so the size difference is clear compared to the iPad 3. The Mini DisplayPort has a size of 7.85 inches (19 centimeters diagonal). The current iPad has a 9.7-inch screen (24.63 cm diagonal).

As the British “Daily Mail” reported, Apple has instructed suppliers in China to produce ten million mini-iPads.
The source tells us that the pictures are highly authentic showing the new iPad Mini. Whether the pictures are really true will remain a rumor until the public announcement from Apple directly.
