The dreaded job hunt. Resumes, cover letters, and interviews to keep track of; hours spent waiting for a response; and, worst of all, going through the entire process and coming up with nothing. We know, finding a job can really suck.

Well here’s something that might make it a bit easier.

I came across hired.com last week and the idea is pretty awesome. The platform turns the whole job market upside down by having employers fight for the best talent. When the product launched, it was only available to software engineers in a few urban markets, individuals who are obviously in high demand. However, the company has expanded and is now available to people across the country with experience in sales, marketing, and more. Check out the video below for some more information and sign up here.
